PTerm Version 7

The PLATO Terminal Emulator is needed to access the CYBIS system. Due to code-signing constraints introduced by Apple, it is recommended that the user follow the instructions to build the emulator.

Building the emulator requires a compatible 64-bit environment. (no 32-bit platforms are supported with PTerm7):

• Libsndfile is a C library for reading and writing files containing sampled sound (such as MS Windows WAV and the Apple/SGI AIFF format) through one standard library interface.
