The Desktop Cyber Emulator is distributed in full source using GITHUB as well as various binary distributions precompiled for Microsoft Windows. The source distributions upon which the ones below are based are those from SZ10101 (Steve Zoppi). The distributions below are built as Microsoft Installer images using INNOSETUP, or ZIP files.
